The Quan-Plex™ EGFR C7979S/T790M (cis) FFPE Cell Scroll (5%) is a highly-characterized, quantitative multiplex FFPE quality control enabling researchers to optimize their nucleic acid extraction protocol for optimal sensitivity or to assess extraction reagent lot variability prior to downstream genetic analysis (e.g. next generation sequencing (NGS) or dPCR genetic analysis). The two EGFR co-mutations (Cis) has been implicated in Thyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) therapeutics and drug resistance.
