Both morphology and biological molecules, including protein and nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) targets are very well preserved for IHC and ISH analysis. Cell-Ref™ FFPE Human Cell Slides are commonly used as controls in immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) applications.
